Owner/Operator/Artist/Bookkeeper/Janitor and Cook: Born and raised in a small central Ohio community, I spent two years at Ohio State University after high school. I then moved to Daytona Beach to attend Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. After graduation I worked for 3 years in aviation then back to school to study art. I earned a BA degree from the University of Central Florida and started my second career as a commercial artist. I've operated my business full time from 1980 to the present with a few years off as art director for a local advertising agency and as an artist with the Daytona Beach News-Journal in their creative services department.
I specialize in graphic design for print media production from concept to finished product. I can help you find copy writers, photographers and print houses that will give you the best price based on you needs. For prices and scheduling contact me by phone or email. I look at each project individually and work either by the hour or on a project by project basis. Feel free to look at my portfolio on this web site or if you have a very specific need I can send you pdf samples.

My first love before art was always aviation. I wanted to be a pilot when I grew up. I spent two years at Embry Riddle University to get my A&P ticket but never actually became a pilot. Instead I became the next best thing; an XPlane pilot. Here are some of my adventures in the greatest flight simulator program out there... XPlane 11
With XPlane one can design or customize all sorts of aircraft to fit your individual preferences. Check out some of the customized planes I fly
Here is our corporate fleet which includes a 737, Beechcraft KingAir and the newest addition JetRanger
This is my first attempt at an XPlane video. Its a short flight from KSFO San Fansisco to KOAK Oakland in our corporate 737. It was produced with ScreenFlick and iMovie on a Mac
The Artist with Attitude is my cartoon alter ego. I created him years ago just for fun. Here he is as nose paint on my North American B-25 Mitchell by Khamsin. I created a short video of the Mitchell leaving Jack Bolt Field in New Smyrna Beach, FL.
This is my first attempt at building a complete airport in XPlane using World Editor. Its Jack Bolt Field in New Smyrna Beach Florida. I've made this video flying the Sprankel Graphic KingAir on an early morning flight to give you a nice overview of what the field looks like.
This is my customized DC3 created with the Sprankel Graphic Design name in the style of a 30's commercial airline. It is pictured over the lake front skyline of Chicago
This is a link to a video I made of one of the most beautiful Buddhist Temples in Central Florida; White Sands Buddhist Center. It has been called one of the Seven Wonders of Florida. Take a look and enjoy.
